How we handle the limited personal data we receive from people who contact us, request access, or subscribe to Linzalytics intelligence products.

Linzalytics is a Dutch-registered sole proprietorship providing Russia-focused sanctions intelligence to business subscribers.
We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website and our subscription service.
We collect only what is needed to deliver the service.
We do not run behavioral analytics. We do not embed third-party advertising trackers. If that changes we will update this page before deploying anything new.
Our legal bases under the GDPR:
We retain personal data for 24 months after the last contact with you, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first. Billing records are kept for the statutory periods required under Dutch tax law, which may exceed 24 months for invoice and VAT records.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
We currently use no subprocessors beyond standard hosting and email infrastructure. If we add subprocessors that handle customer personal data, we will update this page before onboarding them.
Data is processed within the EU/EEA where possible. If a subprocessor located outside the EEA is introduced, transfers will rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent lawful mechanism, and we will document it here.
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures — TLS for all traffic, access controls on administrative interfaces, and encrypted storage for credentials. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users without undue delay if we become aware of a breach involving their data.
If we make material changes we will update the "last updated" date above and notify active subscribers by email.
